Mr. Sharad Gangadhar More comes from a farming community. Due to lack of educational facility in his native village, he joined the Dabbawala community in which his elder brother was already working. He is the second generation Dabbawala. While working as Dabbawala, he faced extreme financial challenges. When his closed associates, Mr. Sadeep Shantaram Gaikar and Mr. Sunil Pandurang Gavande planned to resolve the problems faced by the Dabbawala communty, he provided them complete support and joined them in their endevour. He later joined them as key management professional in all Dabbawala group of organizations.

Mr. Sharad Gangadhar More has very limited formal education and now oversees all operational aspects of the Dabbawala group of organizations. He promptly and efficiently executes the policies and plans of the board and works full time for the Dabbawala group of organizations.
